Does re install remove malware/virus?
I want go ahead and use the Dell OEM DVD's to reinstall XP MCE, will this eradicate malware and virus issues? I have posted my system log in a thread titled "Initial Log Post" http://en.community.dell.com/forums/p/19264081/19448842.aspx#19448842 .
I want to make sure this bug can not survive if I reload the operating system. thanks for your help

Performing a 'clean' install of the OS, requires the hard drive to be (quick-) formatted first, which WILL eradicatre all viruses and malware, yes :emotion-5:
