I am not a Dell employee
I have been having problems with my Inspiron 3048 all in one with Windows 10 with V1607 since about 26 October when I down loaded an update from Windows. My windows Defender will run and say there is no problem but everything is slow and when I click History and details it says file is not recognized. I have tried to get support from them and Dell. Dell support tried to log me in and use my computer and download files and when you click on downloaded file says Windows cannot locate file. No error notice number. I am going to try to buy service protection which is expired. Will also try to get more help from Microsoft.
