HELP!!! I THINK MY COMPUTER HAS A VIRUS

please help

my computer is freezing up programs are not responding. i'm getting redirected, pages won't load sometimes. my folders get moved around and changed from sharing to not sharing, my internet connection try to change. i ran highjackthis here is a copy of that log  Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.4
