If it doesn't work "natively" in Win 10, it may still work if you set its Compatibility Mode to Win 8.1 or Win 7, assuming it works in that those earlier versions.
I haven't seen any serious conflicts between Win 10 and older apps that I've installed, but don't use Live Safe, so can't say with any certainty that it will work.
A couple of things I installed did require changing Compatibility Mode, and setting it to Win 7 solved the problem.
