IS Free Antivirus from Mcafee Worth Installing ? or should i replace it ?
i bought dell laptop in which i got 3 years free Mcafee Antivirus Subscription. so i have a doubt that should i continue with that free antivirus or should i go with another premium brand like norton or kaspersky ?
i can't compromise about virus protection, last time i had lost almost 500 GB of data because of some malware !
Thanks

And you just invited lots more hackers to send you malware by posting your email and blog addresses in an open forum...not to mention that it's a violation of this forum's terms of use to post personal info like that...

HI, i think that a free antivirus is enough to protect your datas. Personnally, i use AVG free. Generally, the risk to have some malware decrease when you use your personnal information on the internet.

Hi,
My point of view, Avast & AVG are the two best antivirus for windows especially XP Users. Recommended software to protect your computer against Malware and spyware.
and moreover this softwares are taking less memory to run. So, You can use computer freely.

Mcafee is a virus, so yes you should remove it and Dell should stop installing it. Get anything else. Literally anything else. AVG is an easy one since the basic form is free, and the paid version is reasonable and on sale if you do the free version first.
