Infected with Trojan Horse and the Computer doesn't boot anymore

Hi,

My comp was infected with trojan earlier last week. I did some research and installed a spyware removal software. However, the problem wasn't resolved. Based on the process suggested on some other websites, I disabled the system restore and then set the system boot in dafe mode - using the MSCONFIG. The idea was tro scan the computer in safe mode.

However, since I did that, my comp refuses to boot. The power on light goes on but nothing comes up on my monitor!! I would greatly appreciate your help with this..
