Malware detected in Trend Micro 'Housecall' scan, HijackThis log included

Hi there! Let me start by saying my computer is not experiencing any noticeable problems at this time. I regularly scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and SUPERAntiSpyware. Today MBAM discovered a couple of infected files that I have never seen before, and successfully removed them. I then ran SAS and it detected a malicious cookie which it also successfully removed. I know from experience how sometimes a few malicious files can be the tip of an iceburg, and went and re-enabled my network connections and went online to Trend Micro for a free online virus scan, to be extra sure I had nipped this problem in the BADWORDAPPARENTLY. To my dismay their 'Housecall' service detected several malicious files, some of which it could not remove. I wanted to stop by these forums and post a HJT log so that I can be sure my computer has dodged a nasty infection. Please let me know if you notice anything! Also included is my most recent MBAM log. When I attempt to manually delete it from my registry I get the error message "Cannot delete HKEY_CLASSES...: Error while deleting key. Both MBAM and SAS detect it when I scan, require me to restart my machine to remove it, and then reboot me, only to come back and see that it is still quite comfy in my registry. I've had this one little guy on my machine for over 6 months and he has never tried to POSSIBLYBADWORD reproduce, bring any friends over, or cause any trouble, so I am not too worried about him. I named him Fred. If you know how I can evict Fred I don't mind the advice, but I know he is there and am more concerned with the enemies I cannot see. I look forward to your reply! Sincerely, - Justin.

I'm sorry this is un-formated but your stupid server bot deleted my post because it contained the word bu*t. >_>
