RUNDLL, error loading nfr.dll

I just keep getting the above message and can not connect to the internet.  I only get blank IE pages and can not even go into Internet Options.  I am on a different computer right now.  I have ran Avast and Malwarebytes' and was just told I may have an incomplete malware removal.....any help would be greatly appreciated.  Suggestions?

Thank you,

Re: RUNDLL, error loading nfr.dll

We are short of help for a few days as Dell is working on forum software issues.
I suggest posting your log at SpywareHammer. The site has many Microsoft MVP's on staff and helpers there may be able to help you:

If you feel that this is a hardware problem, it can be handled at SpywareHammer or at Dell's alternate forum at CNET
