Re: Recently had Windows CleanThis problem, occasional redirects, and unable to update.

Access the Advanced Boot Options Menu, restart the machine and continuously tap the F8 key until you see the Advanced Boot Options. From the Advanced Boot Options menu, select Repair your Computer. You should now see the Recovery Environment Menu. From the options Select System Restore, follow the prompts to restore to a previous date, does that get you booting normally again.

ok so I can get to the Advanced Boot Options Menu but when I select Repair Your Computer the screen turns black and then attempts to start windows normally and I end back up at the Blue Screen.  Should I try the option that says Boot from last Know Good Configuration?

Yes give that a try, if unsuccessful do you have the installation DVD for the system

Re: Recently had Windows CleanThis problem, occasional redirects, and unable to update.

sorry for the late reply I've been out of town.  Well the computer won't boot from the last know good configuration and the Repair Computer option doesn't work.  This is an office computer and no one seems to know where the exact disk for this computer is.  Could I try using another one of the office computers installation disks if I have the correct software key and it has been unused?

If you have access to a similar Installation DVD follow the instructions Here to do a "START UP REPAIR"
