Trend micro alert.... again

Hello there. You recently were able to fix this problem, it is occuring again. I think I can link it to getting onto my employers intranet from home, I will nolonger do that!!

Once again recieving the Trend Micro Security alert in the bottom right corner of screen, frequently appears interupting typing.  The alert is about file dlbfbmgr.exe. I am unable to delete file.
