ZUPDATER.EXE ERROR MESSAGE ON BOOT-UP

Error message saying not enough system resources ZUpdater.exe on new Inspiron 3670. can anyone explain, in simple terms, what this means please?

ZUPDATER is malware from Comodo and ASK toolbar as well as various other toolbars and malware.
