protection method of bios password

i am interested to purchase a notebook Dell of business class suitable to advanced protection data and authentication, like the Precision M4800. i was looking if this model is able to store the bios password inside some security hardware supplied with M4800 in way to prevent an easy reset of bios password. for example, i was checking if was possible to store the bios password inside TPM 1.2, so i was looking some detailed datasheet explanation about that but i didn't have find nothing. thanks
