"Adult" BHO added itself to toolbar

Hi, this is my first time posting here, hope I do it right. A "adult" link has added itself to my Firefox toolbar,

I think it happened when my son was looking for information about the Minecraft game. I did a Hijack This

scan. and some strange things have turned up, Im not sure what is safe to delete. I have included a copy
