virus problems

I have identified a virus on my laptop Worm.Win32.Netsky, and I have pop ups like crazy.  I tried to get into my task manager to disable it and some of those applications have already been corrupted.  I believe it has managed to copy my admin password by now.  My "D:/ " drive is also disabled and I can't back up my photos and videos.  I have found my back up disks I have made about 4 months ago.  Now I just want to know what order to install my Windows, Drivers ect... I have a dell inspirion 1520.  Any help with this would be good.  I'm new to the community and it's my first time wiping my computer.  Thanks
