Graphics card for Dell Vostro 3268

I have a Dell Vostro 3268 with Intel i3 7100 and 12gb ram(had 4 originally upgraded it).I would like to add a gt 1030 to and I wouldnt mind buying a psu.Will it run properly if I get a psu which is compatible with gt 1030?
