Can I put dedicated graphics card in my Dell Vostro 14- 3468.
It is currently running on i3 7100u and Intel hd 620 graphics card.

Welcome to the Dell Community @Super098
As @JOcean stated there is no video card in your laptop to upgrade.
Your only option would be to find a system board with the AMD Radeon R5 M315 option that was sold with your model laptop.

You cannot add a dedicated GPU to that laptop.
