Dell 5459 wifi ,bluetooth issue in Ubuntu

After my Windows 10 crashed , I did installed Ubuntu removing windows 10 since I could not install windows 10 (stop memory management) as clean boot.

In Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

and Ubuntu 17.10

I am getting wifi off .

and bluetooth show no bluetooth found(plug in the dongle to use bluetooth)

During installation process it ask for Internet connectivity and there was no wifi network displayed

except intel corporation wireless 3165

also my installation was complete i saw Airplane mode was on

and it displayed use hardware switch to turn off.

i was checking forum and there i came to know about wireless option enable /disable option in bios

but in my dell laptop

DELL VOSTRO 14 5000 SERIES

BIOS 1.1.3 (LATEST) does not show any such option.
