Dell Mobile Connect app not supported ?

i cant install dell mobile connect app from windows store because it says this app is not supported and wants me to enter a code. I already downloaded mobile connect drivers. 

- My laptop is vostro 5490 and its quite new.

- I have windows 10 pro activated.
