The interface is correct -- but before buying, remove the base cover and verify  that the bracket and scre is present in the system.  These are needed to mount the drive and if the system came without an M.2 drive, they likely aren't present in the system and you'll need to purchase them from Dell.

Since it appears you're just replacing an existing M.2 SATA drive, no additional hardware is needed.

I m not replacing anything ... that is the wrong nvme that i bought erroneously.... i haven t understand why there is so much space between the screw's hole and the ssd ....It doesn't lean anywhere ... the other memories are the same length ...( sorry for my english, i m italian)

You have two issues, but that drive is not going to work in your system.  First, the system will take only M.2 2280 (80 mm long) drives.  That's a 2242 drive.

Second, that's an NVMe drive -- your system will take only M.2 SATA drives.  Even if it's connected correctly, the system will not see the drive.

Return the drive and order an M.2 2280 SATA SSD.

No. M.2 SATA or 2.5" SATA only.
