Dell Vostro 3500 Wifi Not working (Win7 32bit)
I have a dell vostro 3500 and i recently reinstalled windows 7 home premium 32bit. i have tried installing all the driver for dell.com but i still cant get wifi to work!!! Please Help Me!! (Sorry for my english)

Does the wifi adapter show up in Device Manager under Network Adapters? And if so is there an exclamation mark next to it or does it show disabled?

is The Realteck PCIe GBE Familly Controller, Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) or The Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) are Wifi adapters?

Is there a specific reason why you are using Windows 7 32 Bit? Windows 7 reaches End of Life in January meaning no more security updates and your Windows 7 License will work with Windows 10 Version 1809 Installation Media. Moreover Windows 10 will have the wireless drivers and most other drivers inbuilt for your hardware:
