Ya, that is a correct thing but Windows is nowadays killed my amd GPU I want to realive him. While trying to play minecraft it gave me bare 2/5 fps in optfine 1.19.4. That's why anyway thanks

Vostro 3450 is not on Google's Certified models list for ChromeOS Flex. However, you could still try it and it may work.

If you're asking whether Dell supports the OS on this model -- the answer is no.
If you're asking about compatibility, the Chrome community would be the place to do that.

I installed chrome os flex. The experience was good. I enabled devloper options to run linux apps.
Thus now I could play minecraft (JE) Fluently
Now I play FabricSodium 1.19.4
Now getting fps from 55-60 fps instead of 3-4 fps
