Increase RAM from 4GB to 8GB
I have the following Dell Model with 4GB RAM. I bought it in 2016. I need to increase the RAM to 8GB. How to get it done? Please share process.

The system will take up to 2 8 G soDIMMs. If your current memory is one module, you can add another 4.
If it's two 2G modules, you'll need to remove one to upgrade (and would need to add an 8 G module to go to a total of 12.
Best place to buy RAM (if you're in the US).

I am from Varthur, Bangalore and would like get this thing done soon. Can anyone let me know if there is service center nearby or if I can get a technician from Dell who would come home and do it?
What will be the charges?

Any local computer store can install a memory upgrade - some will do it for free if you buy the memory from them.
