Network Card failed after changing palm rest
I got my laptop (Vostro 15 5568) fixed by dell technician because of some broken screws. After that I turn on my laptop and found red cross sign at network sign. When I click Show Available Network, there is nothing. No WIFI signal at all. I can use only Ethernet to connect to the internet. Before that it works totally fine. I don't know what went wrong.
- In Device Manager, there is no network adapter for wifi. When I manually add it, it shows yellow sign.
- I have tried system restore, BIOS factory restore, and this solution (https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/10741/windows-fix-network-connection-issues), nothing works.
- I manually download wifi driver from dell website, it shows error message. - This software package cannot be installed on your system -
- I try update all other drivers and window update (Window 10 64bit), but there is still no wifi.
- I use Dell Support Assistant to run hardware scan. It shows that network card failed - PCI Express Status Test - WPE01-EEL https://imgur.com/a/vvNL2hP
I'm at my wit's end. Any help would be appreciated. This problem also occurs with Bluetooth:
