Number Row not working once logged into Windows account

The number row no longer works once I log into my account on the machine. I can log in using the numeric PIN associated with my account with no issues, Once longed in I cannot use the number keys in the number row.
- deleted all keyboards from Device Manager and rebooted
- added canadian keyboard and deleted US Qwerty, added back US Querty and delete Canadian
- checked Easy of Use Mouse settings as recommended many places on Internet, but setting was off (and no number page on this model)
Currently using a USB NumPad to get around this issue once logged in.
Any other ideas as to what possible key combo disabled the number row once logged in?

No rhyme and no reason the number pad began to work minutes ago after pressing SHIFT + 1 to print a "!". After that it has been working as expected.
