Réinstallation du système d'exploitation

Bonjour, le disque dur de mon Vostro 360 est complètement HS, je veux donc le changer. J'ai installé Dell OS Recovery Tool (sur un autre PC) pour récupérer une image de mon système mais avec mon numéro de service j'ai le message "aucune image du système d'exploitation n'est disponible pour le produit". Comment faire pour réinstaller un système sur mon ordinateur. J'ai contacté le support technique par message le 12 décembre, à ce jour aucun retour. Merci

You can install a clean image however you did not state which version of Windows you are trying to install. The following pages might help.

first link : error message, it's a Dell key for my win 7 pro OA, I need to get a proper win 7 from Dell, microsoft can't help

second link : error. No existing operating system available for your product

Hi. As I had no news from Dell, i downloaded a win10 system from microsoft that worked well with my Dell product key. Very quick and easy installation the only problem I've got is my ethernet card is not working anymore (no error message). I tried with a ubuntu usb key system and it's not working either. I guess that card is done, it's a 7 years old machine ... thanks for your help, much appreciated
