The DPM (Dell Power Manager) setting is all ready on Ultra Performance.
But the fan does not have any noise or is on full speed. After changing the settings from control panel still the fan is not on full speed.
<In your post you only discuss the fan. You do not explain why you think this is a thermal problem or list any temperatures of system components? Dell-Admin>
