Vostro 3700 Dead
Hello. My laptop will not start whatsoever. All lights on the touch panel will flash, ten seconds pass, ditto. Steps taken include:
Flea power removal.
Removing RAM. This results in a no RAM beep, with fans at full blast.
Different 65W AC adapters.

Put back the RAM and try with just AC.
If it doesn't work, your motheboard is probably toast.
