Add Node from vcenter plugin

Hi,

We try to add a new node to current scaleio cluster from vcenter Scaleio Console.

But when we arrive to LIA Configuration, we must write current LIA password and we have an error.

I verify from gateway, LIA Password is good.

I try to reset LIA password to be sure and same problem.

Error not send specific information, for verify password from vcenter Scaleio Plugin Console, do i need specific network flows between vcenter and Scaleio Gateway or between vcenter and current SVM?

I find this error in vcenter logs (virgo) :

checkLiaPassword on mgmtIps:

• unexpected problem during connection opening: connect timed out com.emc.ecs.net.exceptions.ConnectionException: unexpected problem during connection opening: connect timed out

  checkLiaToken got rc:ERROR

  And i find that LIA network port is 9099, i will try to open this port between vcenter and SVM.
