Dell Top of Rack Network Saturation

The above article mentions potential network saturation for higher density VxRail nodes. What has been the experience for other people? Are you using 10 GB per uplink with no issues? Any saturation of the network links, or high CPU usage on the Dell top of rack switches? Please include the VxRail specifications in your reply if you could.
