Failed to obtain VxRail Platform Service version info
Attempting to upgrade from 4.5.218 to 4.5.300. During upgrade process (80%) after local upgrade get error
Failed to obtain VxRail Platform Service version info for host. KB 488889 is useless for this error.
FWIW - this is external vcenter/PSC

Hi,
You might have resolved this already, but for issues like that always contact the Technical Support. There might be several different reasons for the same issues. They need to investigate the logs to identify the issue and its fix.
