How to transfer data between 2 VxRail appliance
Hi,
We want to know how to transfer data & VMs between 2 VxRail appliance.

Hi,
If these two appliances are on the same cluster, the storage layer is already distributes between the appliances. You can move the VMs ( compute part ) using vMotion.
If these two appliances are different individual clusters you can also vMotion the VMs using the "Migration with vMotion in Environments Without Shared Storage". Please refer to VMware vSphere 5.1

Does it need to have in same vcenter or we can migrate VMs between 2 different vcenter.

There is a feature called Cross vCenter Server vMotion. Please see https://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2106952.
