Upgrade Cluster VxRail

Hi, I have a cluster vxrail I have some doubts: I currently have three servers with the same hardware. If I need to grow disk space, what are the options I have? If I need to grow CPU resource memory, what are the options I have? What is the growth rule? By adding a new node or making changes to the current environment. Thank you.
