VSPEX BLUE software upgrade to VxRail
Hi,
One of ourcustomerhasVSPEX BLUE boxand they want to upgrade its software to have software VxRail features.
How can they do this? How can they download software packages? Where do they find upgrade procedure documents?

If its a brand new box , upgrade is easy , if there is living data on it , a staging device needs to be present , or a VxRail tech refresh with attractive discounts can be offered .

our product is demo appliance, so there is no data on device.
