Vxrail appliance cant ping evo rail from mgmt pc
Hello im not able to ping the evo rail default ip. Ive got the nodes up and im able to ping them from the management pc. And when i access the nodes through vsphere client it shows that the vms and unknown and inaccesible. Please help. I have a flat network no vlans.

this is new install of VxRail appliance, right?
you can check network setting for vSS/vDS including portgroups and individual ports because those setting overrides Switch setting.
furthermore, you can confirm that your pc and VxRail Manaer are in the same subnet.
plus you can login VxRail Manager via console of vSphere webclient and check if network setting is right.
even if you are still facing connectivity issue, you enable promiscuous mode and get network trace when ping from both side.

Yes its the vspex blue.. i m getting this when i log into the esxi host inaccessible and unknown vms... and i still cant ping the evo rail default ip and both my management pc and machine are on the same subnet
