Please access the Dell EMC Administrative Support via the link
https://dell.to/3H80yy8
It will have you login. Afterwards select the "Enterprise Account Online Help" and then in the drop down menu "Tell us more" select "Manage Contact Access and Roles"

i am not able to view my laptop warranty it is showing you do not have permission if i enter the service tag number
