COMPATIBILITY ISSUE
jUST RECEIVED THE INSPIRON 3455 AND FOUND THE MICROSOFT OFFICE DOCUMENTS FROM MY XP WILL NOT OPEN ON THE 3455 WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE IN WINDOWS 10. ANY BODY HAVE A WAY OF RE-FORMATTING MY .DOC DOCUMENTS TO .DOCX SO WINDOWS 10 WILL OPEN?

Thank you for writing to us!
The reasons that the files dont open on windows 10 is because the file extensions(format) is different .
You could use an online file converter to change it to work with windows 10 .
