Dell Inspiron 15 5558 crashing problem
i didnot know which category should i post it ,,,, please help
when i open alot of apps and play games ,,, it freeze my screen and hardware didnot respond at all

I would suggest you to update the BIOS on the computer. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS required onto the system and install it.

Also, please run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.

I have the same problem. I bought a laptop yesterday. Problemv was right. Updated BIOS to version A13. Updated Windows to version 1607 (build 14393.222). Tried different versions of Nvidia drivers. All tests were run, including the load, but in the game (Diablo 3) crash. As far as I'm concerned this is a very common problem for Dell Inspirion 5558 ((
