My dell stylus pen can't be activated after my Dell Venue 11 Pro device is upgraded to Windows 10.
Please advice me how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
I have the same problem after upgrading to Windows 10. Don't say it's the battery because I have replaced with a new battery and still won't work.
Dell, please provide solution.
I'm also having this problem: after updating to windows 10, my stylus does not work.
However, I can temporarily fix it by "resetting" it (unscrew battery compartment to disconnect battery, then close it up again). It will work fine indefinitely until I stop using it for more than 60 seconds. After 60 seconds of disuse, it's back to not working again. This is totally repeatable.
Battery is fresh. Purchased stylus from dell online in December 2014, so I believe it's the latest version. Did a fresh install of windows 10.
I'm guessing this problem is due to some change in power management with windows 10? Can we expect a fix soon? Is anyone else having this problem? Apparently the Venue 8 Pro is having the same problem.
Anyone figure this out? I have the latest BIOS and drivers installed, but no joy. The stylus does't work AT ALL for me since moving to Windows 10.
