I'm contacting you regarding an issue with my Dell Vostro V131 on Windows 10 which can't stop anymore.
Reboot is working correctly.
I have followed every leads on the forum but nothing is working, all drivers are up to date and my Intel Management Engine is running v7, the maximum available.
What can I do?
Thanks for your help
What does "can't be shutdown completely" mean? Do you get an error message or...?
It also helps to mention what you've tried so we don't just tell you to try stuff you've already tried.

I am not a Dell employee
Windows is shutting down until black screen but the laptop never stops. Leds are still blinking and vents turning.
I was tried to remove all intel pilots, update them all and disable Windows fast startup settings without success.
