Dell XPS 13 9333 - windows could not complete the installation

Hello,

Yesterday I started a windows update on my Dell xps 13 9333, I use Windows 10.
When the update finished all I had in front of me, was a error message "Windows couldnt not complete the installation, to install windows on this computer, please restart the installation."

I already made some research on the web, tried to run msoobe, change administrator account settings, editing regetid.exe, all this after pressing Shift F10 on the error message. 

The msoobe doesn't run after I try to, all the others weren't solutions. 

When I try to run explorer.exe in the cmd prompt, it runs, but not properly.

Called Dell Portugal to get some help, but all the got is that they only support Hardware.

Also searched for some Dell XPS 13 Windows image to make a bootable pen to see if it would work, but none exists on the dell website and support.

I'm panicking to be honest, anything I could do?
