If you don't have at least 4GB of RAM, why bother?

If you are running a chip like the Intel Pentium E6700 then yes, it will support it.

At or below 4G, you're better off with the 32 bit version of Windows -- the system will perform better. Only if you have more than 4G of RAM -- particularly on an older, slower system, it 64 bit Windows a viable option.
Will it run? Yes. More slowly than you'll likely be happy with.

Yes it will but you are best to upgrade to 4-8 GB of RAM and maybe a SSD (e.g. a Crucial BX300 240 GB) before installing Windows 7 64 Bit or Windows 10 64 Bit.
