Facial Recognition software removal

So I don't like how hard it is to get Facial Recognition off my of computer. Dell Digital is gone. The majority of Dell software is gone. This computer just recently got factory wiped, so like I normally do, I run a script that deletes all Dell software and junk software. Yet this is still here. I find it highly disappointing and very shady that a program that is designed to use your camera to recognize your face is so hard to delete. I tried it the normal way, and I have dug deep into my computer files. Nothing works. Dell.
