How Can I Change My Keyboard Hot Key Function.
I have a Dell Inspiron Hybrid desk top computer now updated to Windows10. Before the update, one of the key board hot keys was set to open Internet Explorer. The Windows10 update has altered the setting to Edge. If it is possible, can anyone please tell me how I can alter the setting back to Internet Explorer?

Jesse, not sure if I am understanding you correctly. I have the shortcut icon already on the desk top but how do I create the rest of the wording after Ctrl+Alt and when placed in the Properties box, will that then dedicate it to the hotkey on the keyboard?

Jesse, I have managed to change the Hot Key action by re-setting my default browser again. It didn't work before so, problem solved. Thanks for you input.
