Inspiron 5570, refused to accept within 2 months of purchase

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 5570 laptop. But no sound, Cortana not working, no  support for speech  transcription   set up , no sound details as follows (enquired from Dell on Whats App.) 

I am still waiting for your confirmation of the following defects ( as commented by the Dell Escalating Team,)
1). Cortana does not give any welcome address to the registered owner
2) Windows 10 Home does not give any Beep while booting ( starting time)
3 ) Sound level is very low -almost no sound ) Dell is not responsible
4) The Driver of Cortana is not tested - It's Generic driver , if any client wants, he can purchase from market the tested one
5) Dell does not provide support of speech recognition (inbuilt of Microsoft Windows 10)
Dell Cortana fails to hear /respond to me frequently ( when sound level is very low, and can not recognize speech, how Cortana can work. Then question remains what the purpose of speech transcription into text, set up most vital app of windows software? When sound I very low or no sound, how Cortana can work? Main feature of Microsoft OS not available
