I have the Intel HD Graphics 5500 and NVIDIA GeForce 845m 2GB GDDR5.

I upgraded to Windows 10, yesterday, everything is ok except  True Color, doesn't work,

I tried to install/reinstall but same thing. It's really unpleasant, the colors are dark.

Dell Inspiron 7537. I have the same problem. After upgrade to Windows 10, True Color doesn't work. Double tap, left & right slides on touchpad do not work... 

I've got this on the Dell Support page. But my laptop is in the list of "

here's a funny thing...did a win 10 upgrade last night and true color worked perfectly fine. wiped the drive and did a clean install of win 10 today and installed true color - same results as op described. app installs but does nothing. how can it work after an upgrade but not work after a clean install?

Same setup - 5500  and GeForce 845m -- Windows 10 upgrade, True Color has not effect on display - repair/uninstall/reinstall - no change.

The Drivers for this product have been updated in Drivers and Downloads be sure you install the chipset driver prior to installing any others.  Thanks.

My Truecolor is also not working with the Windows 10 upgrade. All drivers have been installed prior to installation of Truecolor. I am running an Inspiron 7746.

Same problem here.  Even tried installing the Windows 8.1 driver, still nothing.

Maybe it has something to do with the Intel HD 5500 driver?

following up on my previous post, it seems that while true color installs, it doesn't seem to be doing anything whether it's on or off.

Try to uninstall but choose repair. I solved this problem with this technic.

DELL is there a fix for this coming?

I'm having the same issue.  If you would, please let me know when a solution is available.
