Latitude 3440 - Touchpad is not working properly
Hi,
After upgrading to Windows 10 the scroll and other functions of the Touchpad are not working properly.
This is the new software, there is also functions to activate Cortana!
Functionalities that are not working:
- Scrolling
- Zoom (multi-touch)
- Rotate
- Three Fingers Swipe
- Three Fingers Tap
- Four Fingers Tap
Driver version: 19.0.15.
Driver Date: 09/07/2015
My Laptop is a Latitude 3440 - it is listed as supported by Dell on Windows 10:
http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN297954?dgc=SM&cid=266887&lid=5563896#Latitude
So far... this is the only issue with Latitude and Windows 10.
Thank you and best regards,
Luis Darui

I have some of the problems too, Latitude e6430. Three finger swipe is overwritten by app-change, very useless becouse of the new app-switcher function. So far, I think the problem is that Windows 10 overwrites the touchpad driver's gestures. Hope it will be fixed

Hi all,
Just to update, suddenly the touch started to work.
So far only Windows Defender updates since yesterday, so I guess, invisible patch?

Can you tell me, three finger swipe to left or right is appswitching or back/forward now?

Yes it is working, though it fails sometimes, probably due to my fat fingers (jk).
Sometimes the 3 fingers swap to left/right doesn't work, but the 3 fingers swipe up and down works perfectly.
