Looping of PREPARING AUTOMATIC REPAIR WITH BLUE SCREEN

I have Dell inspiron 15R 5521 with windows 10, while trying for safe mode i accidentally click on automatic repair and then restarting starts. Then While Restarting it shows Preparing Automatic Repair just after booting for a short interval blue screen appears and the loop goes on.

Blue Screen Error Shows SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Power on system and start tapping F8 key continuously for 30 seconds and then stop. Hopefully you'll "See Advanced Repairs Options". If you don't see it then repeat the process two more times.

If you aren't able to get the recovery page after 3 attempts of tapping F8 key then I suggest you close the lid (don't power off system), remove AC adapter, and then battery. Replace battery, adapter and then power on system. Hopefully you'll see the Recovery page.

If you're able to get Recovery page then click on advanced repairs options and then Troubleshoot.

Thanks for your advice LSUFAN51 ,but the recovery window doesn't pop up ,but after pressing F8 laptop responds loading and again the looping starts. Some other alternative please !!!!!

Please try troubleshooting steps in  Dell-Jesse L link above, I'm hopeful it will stop the looping. However, if looping still occur then I suggest you create a bootable windows 10 drive. Please click on link below.
