My Dell Downloads does not work on Windows 10
I have tried My Dell Downloads on multiple Dells with Windows 10 -- and it doesn't do anything after clicking "Register System".
I have tried it on Windows 7 Dell PC -- and it does work!
I have opened up all the security settings, etc, and no luck.
How do I download the factory installed software on Windows 10?

I've had the same problem for months with no resolutuon.

Windows 10? The default web browser is Microsoft Edge. It looks much like Internet Explorer, but it is not. That site requires internet explorer. You can find IE in your start menu. Copy and paste the URL in IE, and you should be able to complete the registration. Whether or not you will find the downloads you seek...well good luck with that.
