My Inspiron 15R 5537 freezing during sleep on windows 10 with new ssd

Hi, i had win 8 but i hated him, so i choose to make an upgrade to my laptop.

I order win 10 + 512ssd and install both on my laptop..

but sometimes when i'm closing my laptop, he stay wake, the leds show he is on but it's not.

it's random and can't be traced.. i asked for dell support, they told me update drivers.. and same effect after...

Well, i read some posts about intel fast storage chipest driver, to unistall and some more tips.. but didn't got what is really the solution...
If there is any body that can help in that it'll be great.. i'm using laptop for university and it's make my laptop's damage to shutdown by disconnect battery to sutdown..
