Old realtek or maxxaudio drivers/software preventing new versions from installin

I recently took my hdd out of a dell that had realtek audio with maxxaudio to detect when a headset is plugged in, and installed it in a newer dell desktop.

I've tried everything typical, uninstalling, reinstalling, drivers, software, various device manager entries. But the newer software and drivers won't install and I can't completely get rid of every bit of the old stuff (based on task manager startup tab).

I need a way to totally clean out the registry and driver storage folders and possibly other places of the old drivers, service, software I think.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

I've tried multiple uninstall/reinstall operations. The old drivers (those made for a dell optiplex 7040 SFF) won't completely remove. The new ones won't install the maxxaudio service/software, likely because it sees old remnants.

You have to de install then reboot then reinstall the OEM driver after every windows feature update.

There IS NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL VERSION FOR ALL DELL MODELS ALL DELL YEARS.
